Andrea Lucatello designed the Nelson bed for Cattelan Italia, shaping its frame from pure geometric volumes rather than a conventional base. The architectural structure is why it is here, supporting a maxi headboard above the frame.

The headboard comes upholstered in a choice of fabric and leather finishes, so the bed can be matched to existing furnishings in the bedroom. It belongs to Cattelan Italia’s wider collection of modern double beds, each built around the same pared-back structure.
