Ceramic, worked into curved slabs, forms the cylindrical base of this round bistro table, the first time curved slabs have appeared in the Keramik collection. We picked it for the construction: base and top are made from the same ceramic material rather than ceramic paired with a separate frame. The result reads as one continuous piece rather than two assembled parts, while retaining the practical advantages of modern ceramic.
