Glass shelves and integrated LED lighting pick out whatever is kept inside the cabinet, turning a closed sideboard into a lit display case. A quilted, upholstered backrest sits behind the shelving, giving the objects on show a soft surface to sit against rather than bare panelling. Alberto Danese designed the piece, and we selected it for this combination of storage and display in one cabinet, suited to a living room where glassware or objects would otherwise stay out of sight.
